Topiary

Our Morris dancing gardener has Plans for this bush in our front garden. Topiary type Plans. Realisation of said Plans is in its early stages at present. Any ideas what the end result might be?

I was wondering if he was going for one of the Minions from Despicable Me: the one with tufty hair. But so far, he shows no sign of arriving with a pair of giant spectacles for the bush to wear.

There used to be several small children nearby, but they have recently all moved out. Now that I come to think of it, their moving did more or less coincide with the start of the great topiary project...
